Engineered for Food Service Reliability
Inside our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility, raw agricultural sugarcane fiber is transformed into heavy-duty, food-grade tableware through automated thermal compression.
Raw Bagasse Fiber Preparation
Agricultural bagasse collected from local sugar crushing mills is mechanically washed, cleaned of residual sugars, and refined into an unbleached wet cellulose pulp matrix.
Hydraulic Thermo-Forming
The wet pulp slurry is vacuum-drawn onto precision steel molds and compressed under high tonnage and heat (+150°C to +200°C), locking fibers into rigid tableware without chemical binders.
Automated Edge Trimming
Formed plates and clamshells pass through CNC-guided edge trimmer tools ensuring smooth rims, accurate dimensional tolerances, and airtight clamshell closure locks.
Hygienic Packing & Carton Boxing
Every finished batch undergoes food-contact sanitation inspection and is vacuum-sleeved into protective liners inside 5-ply heavy-duty export shipping master cartons.
-20°C to +100°C Thermal Stability
Microwave reheating and deep-freeze storage without warping or melting.
Zero Chemical Plasticizers
Pure agricultural pulp pressed with heat; no phthalates, BPA, or heavy metals.
Export-Grade Master Boxes
Reinforced corrugated cartons with shrink-wrapped inner sleeves for sea freight.
