Commercial supply terms for wholesale and export orders with Eco Shield, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
1. Quotations & Pricing
All price estimates, carton calculations, and shipping timelines generated via ecoshieldeco.com or WhatsApp represent commercial quotations subject to formal proforma confirmation based on prevailing raw material costs and freight rates.
2. Minimum Order Quantities & Packaging
Products are sold in standardized wholesale master cartons. MOQ applies per SKU for domestic dispatch and full container load (FCL) export shipments. Goods are securely packed in heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated export cartons.
3. Custom Tooling & Branding
Custom embossing, dedicated mold development, and private label master cartons require advance tooling fee approval and signed technical CAD sign-off prior to CNC mold fabrication.
4. Dispatch & Logistics
Standard dispatch originates from our factory warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Export ocean freight shipments are cleared through Mundra or Kandla container terminals under agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF).
5. Jurisdiction
All commercial transactions and agreements are subject to the legal jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
